President

Jeremy Howard has been with Nyle for the last 20 years. Hired initially as a Controls Engineer, Jeremy has grown with Nyle, serving multiple positions, including his current position as President of Nyle Drying (Dry Kilns & Dehydrators). Jeremy has developed a strong passion for working with customers to deliver the best product that fits their production workflow and needs.

Adam Duplisea

Adam Duplisea

VP of Sales - North America

Adam started with Nyle Dry Kilns in 2022. Prior to that, he spent 14 years as an account manager in the transportation industry. Adam inspires to provide all customers with a positive experience and work with them to find solutions that best fit their operation. Adam enjoys working with customers and listening to their stories.

In his spare time, Adam enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with his wife Janie and two sons Jayden and Brentley.

Ingo Wallocha

Ingo Wallocha

VP of Sales - International

Joining Nyle in 2023, Ingo Wallocha was appointed Vice President of Sales for Nyle's International division, leveraging his extensive 20+ years' expertise in the kiln drying sector and profound knowledge of global markets. Wallocha's seasoned proficiency and relocation to his homeland of Germany perfectly positioned him for this role.

Ingo loves music, and in his spare time, he is a passionate drummer.

Jeremy Pitts

Jeremy Pitts

Sales Manager

Jeremy began working for Nyle in 2019 as a sales representative. His experience in the dry kiln industry dates back to 2018, when he was a marketing and sales specialist at BOLDesign in Lenoir, NC. Before that, the Colorado Technical University graduate was a Lab Technician at Avery Dennison.

He and his wife, Kim, own a personal training and clothing business called Down South Strong. They enjoy traveling, off-roading in their Jeeps, animal rescue, and spending time with their two Pitbulls, Maia and Loki.

Byron Chute

Sales Manager

Byron started with Nyle Dry Kilns in 2007. Over his time at Nyle, Byron has developed a great passion for working with customers and helping them choose the best drying equipment according to their needs. Over his decades of hands-on experience in the lumber industry, Byron has worn many hats holding such titles as sawmill owner, project manager, production manager, and sawmill installer.

In his spare time, Byron enjoys puttering in his workshop, fishing, hunting, and spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.

Heman Norris

Heman Norris

Lead Engineer

Heman has been with Nyle since 2017, where he started in the engineering department developing into his current position of Lead Engineer for Nyle Dry Kilns. Heman’s goal is to provide the best options for Lumber Drying by focusing on energy-efficient and robust kiln and small chamber design and development.

In his spare time, Heman enjoys hiking, swimming, and enjoying vast expanses of nature.

Kelsey Swan

Kelsey Swan

Sales Engineer

Kelsey joined the engineering team in 2023. With her expertise, she plays a crucial role in aligning engineering processes with sales objectives, ensuring that all production blueprints conform to the latest standards. Her focus is on streamlining workflows not only for the engineering team but also for the production unit, thereby enhancing overall efficiency and supporting the sales team in delivering client-centric solutions.

Kyle Keezer

Kyle Keezer

Engineer

Kyle gained work experience through internships as a draftsman and a construction manager and began his professional career at Nyle in the summer of 2021. A greener future is Kyle’s primary goal. Making an already sustainable field more energy efficient is his way of getting there.

While not working, Kyle enjoys mountain biking, watching mixed martial arts, and juggling.

Bryant York

Systems Engineer

Joining the Engineering team in 2021. Bryant excels in the integration and management of Nyle's systems and processes. His dedication to refining and streamlining operations significantly improves project outcomes, guaranteeing the delivery of high-quality, dependable solutions.

In his spare time, Bryant enjoys traditional bow shooting, watching movies, and being with his family.

Corbett Arnold

Corbett Arnold

Design Engineer

Joining the Engineering team in 2023, Corbett is a mechanical design engineer that handles large kiln production. Corbett strives to provide print information in an efficient time frame, so our clients can quickly get their products. While working at Nyle, he has continually grown his CAD expertise and learned many new skills.

In his spare time, Corbett enjoys playing soccer, watching hockey, and spending time with his wife and Bernese Mountain Dog.
